I’d like to see Optimism experience healthy governance

My view on the Optimistic Vision: I think its great but the devil is always in the details.

My view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution:

I think the setup is conducive to a well functioning community but its hard to predict unknown unknowns. This would be a great exercise 90 days in. Personally, I lean a bit more towards users have rights than ++ test in production, but I am open minded.
