Who are we?

Goldsky is a leading data infrastructure provider supporting teams across several Superchain networks, including Ink, Mode, Zora, Swell, Unichain, Mint, Superseed, and more.

Our core mission is to make on-chain data easily accessible, enabling developers, analysts, and projects to build reliable and scalable applications. We work directly with chain foundations, major protocols, and ecosystem builders to provide high-performance indexing and data streaming solutions.

Why are we here?

We believe that strong governance is fundamental to the long-term success of decentralized networks. As a core infrastructure provider to many Superchain networks, we have a unique vantage point across multiple ecosystems and at the lowest levels of a chain’s operations. This allows us to contribute data-driven insights and ensure governance decisions are made with a broad and informed perspective.

Mission, vision & values

Goldsky’s governance philosophy is rooted in data, across the entire value chain. We believe in:

• Open, verifiable access to data: Blockchain data is theoretically “open” but the difficulties in accessing and analyzing it make this challenging. We advocate for initiatives that broaden access to data so that more network participants can make informed decisions.
• Data-driven governance: Governance should be informed by clear and auditable data, not based on hype or fear. We believe that retroactive funding should be quantifiable in its impact, and forward-looking funding should similarly be assessed on impact.

Our intentions for governance

Goldsky’s approach to governance is not just about voting - it’s about active participation, research, and contribution. We intend to:

• Empower governance participants with data-driven insights: We will leverage our infrastructure expertise to directly inform governance discussions with technical and on-chain analytics. We will partner with leading experts to do so.
• Advocate for sustainable protocol growth: We will support initiatives that strengthen decentralization, security, and long-term ecosystem health. We will actively vote against initiatives that we don’t see as sustainable levers for growth.
• Engage transparency: We will communicate our positions exclusively in the open, seek input from the community, and ensure accountability in our decision-making.

Disclosures and conflicts of interest

Goldsky is an active delegate in multiple ecosystems beyond the Superchain. However, we view this broad perspective as an asset rather than a conflict; this exposure gives us well-informed, multi-network insights on technical and non-technical factors and strengthen our perspectives. While we maintain delegation positions in multiple projects, our commitment remains to the long-term sustainability, decentralization, and security of every ecosystem we participate in.

We also have a commercial relationship directly with OP Labs as an infrastructure partner and service provider to help build Superchain-wide analytics. This infrastructure is available to anyone as a public good. We have similar commercial relationships with other chains and ecosystems. We don’t believe this is a conflict either, but believe it’s critical to be transparent. In any context where we are truly conflicted, we will abstain from voting.
