Maintanance Upgrade Proposal 18a: Arena-Z Chain Servicer Migration is a maintenance upgrade that enables Arena-Z to transition its chain operations to a new servicer. The proposal introduces two administrative changes: updating the proposer address in the DisputeGameFactory and updating the fee vault recipient addresses via new implementations. These changes are executed by the Security Council due to its ProxyAdmin ownership, but reflect Arena-Z exercising its rights under the Law of Chains.
