You should only cast a vote on this proposal if you want to veto this protocol upgrade.

U19b introduces the following capabilities to the OP Stack:

• Karst L2 hardfork: Aligns the OP Stack execution layer with Ethereum’s Fusaka upgrade, including seven EIPs and updated gas/precompile behavior.
• More deterministic protocol upgrades: Introduces L2 Contract Manager and OPCMv2 to make L2 and contract upgrades more auditable and reliable.
• Kona fault proofs: Promotes the Rust-based kona-client to the primary fault proof program for permissionless chains.
• Interop readiness: Updates OptimismPortal logic to prepare for future interop-bearing upgrades.

Token Holders may veto the upgrade if they believe it should not move forward because it is not in the best interest of the OP Stack or the Optimism Collective.
