Maintenance Upgrade Proposal: Unichain Mainnet Proposer Rotation and L1 Cost Fee Routing is a maintenance upgrade that updates Unichain's chain configuration as its sequencer operations transition from Uniswap Labs to the Optimism Foundation as chain servicer via OP Enterprise. The proposal introduces three administrative changes: rotating the proposer address on Unichain's permissioned fallback dispute game to the OP Enterprise proposer; accepting ownership of the L1Splitter, the fee contract that covers L1 data costs, and redirecting its withdrawals to the OP Enterprise L1 cost recipient while lowering its minimum withdrawal from 10 ETH to 0.15 ETH; and updating the OperatorFeeVault to pay the same recipient on L1 with a 0.15 ETH minimum withdrawal.
