Maintenance Upgrade Proposal: Unichain ProxyAdmin Owner Transition to Standard Optimism Governance is a maintenance upgrade that transitions Unichain Mainnet's ProxyAdmin Owner to the standard Optimism governed configuration in preparation for the interop upgrade. The proposal removes the Chain Governor from the current 3-of-3 Safe, consolidating ownership to a 2-of-2 configuration under the same security model as OP Mainnet. This realignment introduces two administrative changes: updating the ProxyAdmin Owner on Unichain Mainnet and updating the DisputeGameFactoryProxy Owner to the OP Governed L1 ProxyAdmin Owner, with corresponding L2 updates via aliased ownership. These changes are administrative and do not modify protocol behavior or affect end users.
