Contribution

In a Medium article, "Ether's Phoenix: Optimistic Vision," we highlighted public goods' significance in various domains, introduced Optimistic Vision and Optimism's grant programs. Ether's Phoenix is explained alongside RetroPGF. We delve into RetroPGF's funding sources and governance model involving the Token and Citizens' House. In our GG18 article,we encouraged Web3 ecosystem contributors to join Gitcoin's GG18 on OP Mainnet, emphasized the relevance of quadratic funding and inspiring active participation in QF rounds. During a regular F2F builder meetup,we did a presentation about Optimism, including Superhack, Superchain, OP-Stack development, developer tools,and infra. We also did Q&A and discussed measuring impact in the ecosystem, explored app ideas for tracking impact.

Impact

Our contributions made a decent impact on the Optimism Collective by raising awareness and driving increased utilization of Optimism. 2 of our Medium articles garnered 2,337 and 3,127 views, sparking interest and understanding in Optimism's mission. Our support for GG18 drew in 160 participants, further emphasized of QF round on OP Mainnet. Our builder meetups coverage was instrumental in achieving 1,710 views and actively engaging 22 builders, propelling the importance of Superchain and utilization of OP-Stack. Our posts, shared with a network of 10,100 followers, expanded Optimism's outreach within the Turkish ecosystem. These efforts communicated the significance of public goods and motivated participation in Optimism initiatives, ultimately elevating the awareness of Optimism.
