I believe that being a delegate is a way to achieve and improve the goals that OP has, really the ecosystem is very broad, you can not do everything at once with a few people, that's why being a delegate plays a crucial role to make collective decisions for the greater good for the benefit of the whole and not just an individual. I would love to be a delegate to contribute and improve the community more and more. I know, I will learn a lot too.
