Reason: On one hand, I like this upgrade in that I believe we should have a very strong "for" signal to pass proposals, and this would strengthen that. On the other hand, I think @griff makes some very good points, especially "Removing Abstain from quorum makes it equivalent to not voting at all — which is not the same thing." For these reasons I am abstaining to let those with stronger opinions one way or the other decide.

Reason: We are still at early stages of Optimism & DAO governance, so my bias is towards more experimentation. To me I think it is worth trying given the lower stakes, with the understanding that the token house can always step in if something goes wrong.
