I believe that human relationships are more important than "common goals". And that it is necessary to do any, even fantastic experiments, in order to look for the best replacements for the existing ones.

On treasury management, I believe that we should try to catch those who are trying to take more money, and only create the appearance of activity by trying to play with the rules, and heavily reward those who are simply trying to improve the system and be able to exist on payments from the treasury, even if this does not always work out.
