We’ve seen a number of attacks on decentralized organizations caused by flaws in DAO structures.

At first glance, these may seem like minor concerns — such as low delegate participation — but they can lead to severe consequences: treasury drain, protocol vulnerabilities, or even the forced dissolution of the organization.
