We are Lampros DAO, an open community collective focused on development, research, governance, and education in the Web3 space. We believe that better blockchain ecosystems are built through strong protocol development, reliable data insights, active governance, and open learning. Our community brings together builders and researchers with a shared goal: to help shape fair, resilient, and future-ready decentralised networks.
Our Team
Our governance work in the Optimism Collective is led by Chain_L, who will continue to be the main point of contact for all delegate activities, including reviewing proposals, voting, sharing updates, and attending community calls. Alongside him, Euphoria supports governance discussions and decision-making.
On the data and research side, ARDev, Jason, and Dhruvi contribute consistently by providing clear data, analysis, and tools that help us and the wider community make informed choices. Together, our team combines research and governance to serve the Collective in a transparent and responsible way.
Lampros DAO is an open community; anyone interested in governance, development, research, or data work is welcome to join us. We are excited to guide new contributors and help them find meaningful ways to get involved.

Vision & Goals for Optimism
We share Optimism’s belief in building a fair and open internet where everyone can benefit and no single party controls the system. Our goal as a delegate is to actively support this vision by bringing practical ideas, solid research, and thoughtful governance practices into every season.
We want to help shape a governance culture that is clear, data-driven, and easy for new participants to understand. We will use our experience in research and education to contribute to Mission Requests, propose new frameworks when needed, and contribute to public discussions with useful insights.
We also aim to bridge knowledge and learnings from other networks, so that Optimism’s governance stays strong and adaptable as the Superchain grows. We see governance not just as voting, but as building trust, sharing knowledge, and making sure the Collective stays focused on long-term, shared success.
Track Record
Our journey in Optimism governance began in August 2023. At first, we participated passively by voting on proposals, without actively sharing our thoughts as delegates on the forum. We initially operated under the delegation address ‘chain-l.eth’, which we later transitioned to ‘lamprosdao.eth’ to align better with our community identity and streamline our operations. We will continue participating under this address going forward.
From our team, Chain_L, ARDev, Jason, and Hirangi began contributing to numbaNERDs tasks, marking the start of our direct contributions within the Optimism ecosystem. Among them, Chain_L, ARDev, and Jason are among the top contributors on the numbaNERDs leaderboard. To date, we have completed more than 60+ numbaNERDs tasks, and we plan to continue contributing actively.

We delivered each of these to the best of our abilities and continue to stand by the outcomes to help the Collective grow.
Our data team also contributes regularly to the Dune Spellbook for Optimism and the Superchain, with over 50+ pull requests merged to help make data accessible and reusable for everyone.

We believe Optimism’s vision to build an internet that is fair, open, and owned by everyone aligns closely with our own values. For us, governance, research, and public knowledge are vital to make this vision possible.
From the start, our focus has been to help strengthen the Optimism ecosystem through data-backed research, practical frameworks, and honest participation. Our commitment remains steady for the long term as we continue to grow alongside the Collective.
As a delegate, we aim to take a more visible role, share our work openly, and keep building ideas and tools that make governance clear, fair, and ready to scale with the Superchain.
Disclosures
We are currently active delegates in the Arbitrum DAO and the Superfluid DAO, and we may participate in other governance ecosystems in the future. That said, we take our delegate responsibilities seriously and always act in the best interest of the DAO we’re representing. Any potential conflicts will be clearly disclosed.
