I think the distribution should be fair and public.

Grants should be awarded after a project has shown itself: its working model, its work with the community and how, they make important decisions. But most importantly, the grant should be given to a project that will develop the Optimism network. It will give something that others cannot give and will be in its own way unique, important and necessary.
