Voting FOR this proposal, although I am wary of the growth in budget & number of reviewers from season to season.

It is easy for bureaucracy to create bureaucracy, and even though we have been receiving record numbers of applications each new season I still believe we need to find a way to handle this through process rather than increased reviewer count & budget.

That said, this proposal aims to fix some issues from last season AND Gonna has done a great job as lead and has my support.
