We're dedicated to spreading knowledge about the crypto ecosystem and decentralized finance, aiming to make this tech accessible to all. Thanks to Defy Education and supportive protocols and companies, we're expanding free education in Latin America. Our contributions from the Defy Foundation include:
- Scholarships for "Intro a Crypto", teaching Ethereum basics.
- Partnerships with “Mujeres en Crypto” for 100% scholarships and with Proof Of Integrity in their programs "aPRENDOcripto" and "criptoIMPULSO"
- Free high quality content on Ethereum scalability and layer 2 solutions.
- Participation in "LaBitconf 2022" and Ethereum Uruguay discussing Ethereum scalability.
- Lectures at universities such as ITBA and Di Tella on Ethereum's scalability solutions.
Impact
Our contributions have significantly supported free education in topics of highly interest for the Optimism Collective, since we help people understand how Optimism and optimistic rollups work and why their are valuable and important for achieving scalability on Ethereum.
