1. Optimism shares the same developer stack with Ethereum. We have created one of the most impactful open-source tutorials in Solidity, Ethers.js, and more in Chinese and English. All the optimism developers will benefit from them.
2. We will launch on-chain certificates on optimism, bringing massive developers to the optimism collective.
3. We hosted 2 IRL Ethereum hackathons in China, bringing the optimism vibe to Chinese web3 developers.
