Contribution
We serve as a platform for builders and participants to contribute to the Optimism Ecosystem. Our dedication lies in onboarding women (non-exclusively) into the Optimism Collective through:
1. Educational resources, including workshops, newsletter posts, X-spaces, and social media content.
2. Ongoing 1:1 sessions for the community through a dedicated Telegram group, aimed at addressing questions related to Missions, RetroPGF applications, attestations, becoming delegates, and similar inquiries.
3. Additionally, we have served as a platform for hosting in-person events related to Optimism, leveraging our economic and organizational resources.
4. We've also provided financial support for speakers to attend Optimism-related events.

Collective Governance:
Delegated 45.23% of delegate Brichis's voting power, increasing the votable supply.
Our community supports 2 active delegates, 2 badgeholders, and 3 former Scholars, now candidates to become Council Members.
We've empowered Latin American women with 5 1:1 sessions on becoming delegates.

Sponsored 80+ scholars, with 4 projects deployed on OP, 2 winning Optimism prizes.
Guided 2 community members on how to contribute as Optimism documentation translators.
In Season 4, we excelled in a Mission, exceeding Cohort interest, providing extra 1:1 sessions, and offering RetroPGF3 application guidance.
We have provided guidance and support for first-time users in the Optimism Ecosystem, helping them navigate transactions and make attestations
