Delegate Statement

I’m a designer, founder, and observer working at the intersection of resilience, political agency, and minimal digital structure. My background includes over 10 years of experience in political design and open civic infrastructure in Russia, followed by independent work in exile across Lithuania and Europe. I now build tools and ecosystems focused on autonomy and truth.

Previously, I worked as a senior designer with Alexey Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) and coordinated the RosYama civic oversight system.

I currently live and work in Vilnius, observing the geopolitical landscape of the Baltics and building independent, non-extractive systems of value, identity, and infrastructure.

Top Issues

Treasury management

I believe treasury management must be conservative, resilient, and strategically aligned with the long-term mission. Treasury is not just funding — it’s the spine of governance. I support diversified reserves, multi-cycle budgeting, and clear frameworks for accountability and value-alignment. Treasury decisions should be transparent, documented, and reversible when possible.

Grant funding

I believe grant funding must be impact-driven, not influence-driven. I support milestone-based funding, ecosystem support for underrepresented builders, and retroactive rewards for long-term contributions. Grants are not favors — they are strategic reinforcements of public goods.

Public goods

I believe public goods are the foundation of any resilient digital society. They are not charity — they are the invisible architecture that makes growth, fairness, and trust possible. I support mechanisms like Retro Funding and Collective Grants that reward long-term impact and quiet builders. Public goods deserve capital, not just applause.
