Delegate Statement

Optimism being EVM equivalence sets it above the rest, it is a major factor in me applying for a delegates roll and wanting to help the Collective achieve fair decentralization. I have spent a few years learning and interacting with the EVM and have witnessed and participated in many DAO’s. I truly have a deep love for Ethereum and its values and would like to make a contribution in helping build a Collective Optimism. It’s fantastic to even have this opportunity to participate in such an amazing adventure.

My view on the Optimistic Vision: With this new governance structure, it will be interesting to witness how the retroactive funding for public goods allows Optimism to grow and in turn how it can empower Ethereum to flourish. Being able to experiment gives Optimism more freedom and a better chance in getting a Digital Democratic Governance to work…properly!

The main takeaway on the Working Constitution would be that Optimism shares Ethereum core values and aims to achieve complete decentralization in the future. I am intrigued by the Working Constitution in this everchanging, face-paced, environment. I feel having the right principles and philosophy, will be key to the growth of Optimism and that is what I have experienced in the Optimism eco-system. It’s a challenging road ahead balancing the Token House and the Citizens House, with a “system that will evolve as the Collective grows.”
