Delegate Statement

Oh joy, another election. I, Orome, reluctantly throw my hat in the ring to become a delegate on Optimism DAO. Don't get too excited though, because let's be real, nothing ever changes.

Sure, I'll talk a big game about decentralization and freedom, just like every other candidate. But let's be honest, the real power lies in the hands of a select few. And as for representing small holders, let's not kid ourselves - the whales always come out on top.

Thomas Jefferson? Oh please, spare me the inspirational quotes. In reality, governance in the crypto space is just as corrupt and self-serving as any other system out there.

But hey, if you really want someone who is apathetic, jaded, and cynical to represent you, then I'm your candidate. So go ahead, vote for me. Or don't. Whatever, it doesn't really matter anyway.
