RACE™ is a Web 3.0 and blockchain infrastructure project and ecosystem that provides tooling and rails for asset owners, investors, and service providers. These ecosystem participants can transact and exchange value as a cohesive tokenized community in the on-chain environment. Subject to regulations, the RACE™ infrastructure enables fractional trading of all kinds of assets, including real assets, treasuries, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s), private credit, loans against real assets like art and watches, aircraft, metals, collections, solar parks, and units of feeder vehicles and funds.
