To help make these large scale updates more digestible and understandable by the greater public, might we suggest: - opening the votable Proposal with "1 Sentence Summary & 1 Sentence Impact" (at the top) - opening with the link to the full proposal rather than closing with it The conclusion in the full proposal is a great one, we need more simplified content like this to bring awareness to such great innovation.
