I have read and understood the Delegate Commitment Process: Yes, I have read and understood the principle of the delegate engagement process
I understand that becoming a delegate is a significant commitment: Yes, I understand that being a delegate represents a very important commitment that requires time and rigor
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I want to become a delegate because I think I have all the qualities required to assume the responsibilities that this function requires.
I am an active user and very involved in the whole universe of blockchain and crypto-currencies. I have been working in this field, full time, for 4 years now. I specialize in fundamental project analysis as well as new technological advancements that aim to drive mainstream adoption by making the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies more accessible to everyone.
I have been actively participating in the Optimism ecosystem for several months as a regular user, active voter, content creator and now, I want to contribute more to Optimism through the responsibility of delegate
I like to contribute by nature by giving my time and my person and I know that governance is one of the key points on which we must focus if we want to participate in the evolution of a project like Optimism.
My view on the Optimistic Vision: I think the view of optimism is beneficial and absolutely necessary for the whole crypto ecosystem.
It is clear that public goods are important resources that must be considered in proportion to what they contribute in terms of value.
In this sense, it was therefore imperative to create a collective that would work to make this mission possible to accomplish.
The strategy that retroactive incentives will be provided for public goods, to benefit Optimism, Ethereum and the Collective as a whole, by generating profits while stimulating the growth of the collective economy through a virtuous cycle of investments, is a very good way to make the financing of public goods profitable and therefore more attractive and more interesting
My view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution:
1 - This is a working constitution: I completely agree with the choice of the Optimism collective to start by setting up a working constitution before building a fixed model of solid and sustainable governance.
The series of governance experiences set up over a period of 4 years should allow the collective to grow and evolve in a healthy and constant way, which is, in my opinion, a very good system.
2 - OP Citizens and OP Holders will equally coexist within the Collective: I think it is a good initiative to associate with the governance structure of Optimism, a bicameral governance system.
This should make it possible to align short-term incentives with the long-term vision of the Collective so that OP Citizens and OP Holders are also included within the collective in a balanced and responsible manner.
3 - The Optimism Foundation will be a steward of the Optimism Collective and its early governance model: The fact that the Optimism Foundation is the steward of the Optimism Collective is, for me, a guarantee of proper functioning.
The growth and development of the Collective will be in good hands because I believe that the foundation knows very well the direction that the collective must take in order for it to remain fair and stable over time.
