Delegate Statement

Name: Tom

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: From its humble beginnings, I’ve watched Optimism evolve into a Swiss army knife of blockchain tech. It was a primary reason I persevered on my Web3 journey in 2021.

As a delegate I hope to achieve a more inclusive and equitable Optimism Collective. I aim to foster a community where diverse perspectives are valued and where everyone feels empowered to contribute. By actively listening to the needs of the community and advocating for their interests, I hope to help create a governance system that truly represents the collective will. No pun intended.

My view on the Optimistic Vision: I wholeheartedly support the Optimistic Vision. Seeing how the Collective rewards positive contributions inspires me to help others make a difference.

My view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution: I'm committed to adhering to the vision outlined in the first three articles of the Working Constitution and I am dedicated to helping the Optimism Collective realise its goal of fully decentralised governance.
