Delegate Statement

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate: I have been operating an artist owned business with my partner who is also an artist, and we help to raise money for other artists in the community who are teachers of traditional painting techniques. The artists we support in Peru are less fortunate and do not have immediate access to blockchain technology in the remote jungles. Our goal is to not only help cultivate a way for the artists to expose their art to the world, but also to break down the digital divide. We have built a foundation through our altruistic fair distribution royalties by manufacturing physical fine art prints for other artists. Fractal Visions is bridging the gap between the 2D & 3D NFT art world. Web 3 has led us to believe that we can help other artists by introducing them to the crypto space safely over time. Quality is what matters most and the message behind the mission you are set out to accomplish! We are pioneering our way into the future one creation at a time.

My view on the Optimistic Vision: We are for the people !!! Our life consists of a very sacrificial process where helping others come first. There is a big shift happening in the world and as visionaries it is our duty to be present & active within the community. I have always been a big quadratic funding enthusiast and love blockchain technology for the good of humanity with public funding. Our business aligns with these same long term goals and dedication to build a better world. Together we can make a huge difference !

My view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution: I think it’s a very interesting structure for an ongoing governance deployment system to be released over the course of multiple years, and I believe this will be a prime example for other systems of real world governance to build on top of. This is a new paradigm!

My skills and areas of expertise: Art & Music, Photography, Printmaking, Painting, Web 3, UI, Smart Contracts, NFT deployment, Web Development

My favorite Web3 projects: Ganland, Fractalicia, Heartistry, Guildxyz, Peeranha, Galxe, Quest3, Shield, RevokeCash, Fire, Thirdweb

Public goods
Public goods
The public goods funding mechanic is actually built into the ethos of the blockchain by taking a fraction of each gas transaction and adding it to the RPG Fund. An impact over profit model is provided as the framework or formula to follow or reiterate on top of with the technology that OP Labs has provided through open source code. The contributors who are most dedicated to helping the development & growth of the network have an opportunity to be rewarded by the funds that pile up over time with reoccurring distributions in each round. OP Governance is a great case study for what might possibly become the 1st ever sustainable model to exist like this in history. Layered on top of the old capitalist legacy model of the broken financial districts around us which have all seemed to fail in the most urgent times of need during natural disasters or global health crisis. This is a new way of thinking & learning created by some of the most technical problem solvers in the world who all contribute to a digital city and new paradigm with resources available to anyone that is willing to fix the issues around us. Putting our skills to the test to build world class applications for ease of use with blockchain scaling technology and motivating creative development teams to pursue the biggest accomplishments & advancements this technology can achieve.
Grant funding
Grant funding
I have been digging deep into the systemic issues with less fortunate people being “blackballed” by organizations or networks claiming to provide public goods funding opportunities for others. Public Goods establishments should never judge a proposal by race or ethnicity when it comes to grant applications and providing funding for less fortunate and underprivileged individuals. I have offered extensive guidance to projects over the past few months of 2022 going into 2023 and I am happy to help continue on this path to give the proper feedback for their success while contributing to the ecosystem with my own initiatives to tackle these issues.
Treasury management

Showing the metrics clearly from your protocol or project are a crucial part of process with grant applications. The transparency of the previous impact the project has made on chain as well as the data from OP tokens intended for distribution through grants is very important for members of the governance to see in order to understand the mechanics of a project along with further analysis of the holders or profit that was made in comparison to the impact. This also ensures that the funds granted to applicants is not misappropriated in any way that violates the original guidelines of the grant application which may change occasionally with each voting cycle.
