Delegate Statement

I want things to be fair. It is odd to make this statement out-loud (or well, written in this case), but fairness is something that has always driven me at a personal level; and the world is not normally a fair place, as we are well aware by our personal experiences. It was also odd the first time I read a "reversion" of my concept of fairness when I came by one of Optimism main axioms: "Impact = Profit".

I am also the kind of person who often is more comfortable in a seat behind the throne itself: Close enough to the action, but with more room to stretch the legs. However, the second-row, even if more comfortable, can sometimes make you inactive also.

For some time now, I've been at the point were my pursue of "fairness" has outweighed my tendency to be more of an spectator, so here I am. For this reason, I've been assisting the GC with Ops from Season 5 to Season 9 (and intend to keep doing so as long as GC remains active), I've gone down the GovNerd path and made contributions wherever I was able, not mattering how small they were, as small actions add to the bigger ones.

As an individual not associated with any protocol, my only agenda is to help Optimism vision go long, and if possible, transcend the limits of the digital world: Positive impact should be rewarded in a positive way. I would be honored to be a delegate for anyone who feels the same way.
