Introduction
I’m Fuji AR a longtime contributor to the Ethereum Layer 2 and Superchain ecosystem. I’ve been actively involved in public goods governance across multiple protocols, most notably as a Code of Conduct Council member S6, GovNerds, Ambassadors, SupportNerds, and badgeholder in Optimism. And I serve as the Indonesian ambassador and representative for Lisk, focusing on regional growth, builder support, and community infrastructure.
I operate at the intersection of grassroots community building, protocol governance, and narrative strategy not only as a contributor, but as a connector, poet, and ecosystem builder.
My Approach to Governance
For me, governance is more than just voting it is the living architecture of coordination. Governance is where values become action, and where protocol design meets real-world community impact. I see governance as an ongoing, participatory dialogue rather than a series of static decisions.
That’s why I engage deeply not just with proposals, but with people. I host AMAs, CO design community charters, mediate conflicts, and help transform complexity into clarity.
My approach to governance is driven by a few core principles:
• Transparency All decisions and intentions must be made visible to the community.
• Localization Regional voices, especially from Southeast Asia, matter and must be uplifted in protocol design.
• Sustainability Governance must support longterm public goods and infrastructure growth.
• Inclusiveness A protocol is only as strong as its ability to listen to diverse perspectives.
• Accountability Feedback loops and documentation are key to building trust and improving decisions over
with Optimism focuses on:
• Expanding Optimism’s presence in global
• Creating pathways for local builders to access L2 resources
• Organizing offline events and workshops
• Collaborating with public sector initiatives and regional developer networks
• Acting as a bridge between governance developments in the wider OP Stack
Key Areas of Focus
• Governance Design: Contributing to processes that make Optimism more effective, community friendly, and secure
• Ecosystem Growth: Partnering with local teams, VCs, and Web2 agencies to bring real builders into the fold
• Builder Education: Designing workshops and guides for developers in Indonesia and beyond
My Principles in Assessing Proposals
- Long term Value - Does this project strengthen the Optimism in the long run?
- Team Commitment - Is the team a proven builder, or is this a first proposal with no track record?
- Local and Global Relevance - Does this grant address the needs of users or developers in real markets?
- Openness and Transparency - I would like to see grantees share regular updates, be open to feedback, and be ready to take responsibility for the results.
Future Plans
If given the mandate as a delegate, I will:
- Support the establishment of a budgeting proposal framework
- Encourage an agile yet scalable treasury policy
- Ensure community involvement in the evaluation of funding programs
- Be a bridge between builders and voice owners in understanding how treasury can accelerate adoption.
Commitment and Engagement
I am available full time to support Optimism governance and maintain active presence on forums, community calls, and proposal threads. I believe in being accessible, clear, and constructive.
Why Delegate to Me?

If you want a delegate who will show up not only to vote, but to serve with vision, humility, and accountability I would be honored to represent your voice in optimism collectives
