We also believe in the vision of rewarding the community for contributing to this important digital public good. We wish to be an Optimism delegate in support of these goals. Our view on the Optimistic Vision 247: We believe in the vision and wish to see the idea of collective positive impact (such as public goods) being rewarded come to fruition. Our view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution: We strongly support the commitment of experimentation. The needs of today will soon be replaced by the needs of tomorrow, and it is important to set a standard now that our processes and standards will change to suit future needs. We agree that pure token governance is rudimentary and insufficient to govern the Optimism technology. We appreciate the experimentation with a bicameral system and look forward to contributing to the further development of a balanced and community-directed governance structure. We understand why the Optimism Foundation must act as a steward in these early days of the collective; however, we are committed to holding the Foundation accountable to their promise of progressive decentralization.
