This is one of the phrases that I always have with me, in every activity I do and thinking like this has led me to discover so many opportunities which I am capable of taking and achieving them.
I´m Liliop.eth from LatinAmerica, Product Manager in the Finnancial Ecosystem with more than 2 years in crypto. Women Biz Team, Base "Onchain Summer" Builder and prev. Talent Protocol Ambassador.
Since I have been able to remember, I have always liked to belong to communities that seek a transcendental purpose, that is, doing good is the fundamental thing, which is why I am very attracted to the common vision that Optimism has in its ecosystem, because " Impact and benefit" are powerful words that express in a simple word for me "opportunities" given that all effort, dedication and perseverance deserves to be recognized in the community.
With Women Biz we were recognized as the community of Latina entrepreneurial women with the greatest presence in Peru, receiving RetroPGF 2 as a Public Goods project. So far we have more than 1k women entrepreneurs in our main channel and many of them identify with us because we always comment on the decentralization that Optimism offers and also because of the different actions that they carry out as a collective. We organized the first Bootcamp dedicated 100% teaching about the Blockchain, DeFi, NFT´s, Governance and Optimism Collective. We also have organised the first Latina Blockchain Hackathon where the girls got involved developing projects related to Education, DeFi, Gaming and more. I was participating as a mentor of many teams and I realised that my skills as a Product Manager and Optimism Governance make me suitable to give feedback as user tester in many projects.
Transparency, perseverance and the support of the community will make me a person who ensures the objectives and vision of Optimism, without a doubt it is a challenge that I always wanted to take. I like to get involved in Governance and public goods, I also faithfully believe in the power of decentralization in the web3 world, a clear example with Women Biz was that we did a web3 event in different cities in Peru.
Some relevant points about me in this web3 world:
- I won a hackathon (1st place) organized by AndinoDao in Lima, 2022
- I was an scholar at BuildersWeek in Lisbon, Portugal thanks to Talent Protocol.
- I became an ambassador for Talent Protocol in 2023.
- I participated in Builders in #EthArgentina in Buenos Aires, 2023.
- I just won a hackathon (1st place) at #EthSamba in Rio, brazil.

The main reasons why I am encouraged to apply as a delegate of @Optimism are:

Increase the number of participation of builders (and if they are Latinxs, much better) in hackathons, buildathons, Onchain Summer, Bootcamps and events related to web3 around the world.

Give visibility to the work (art, theater, cooking, finance, design, etc.) of more people with unfavorable growth options.

Create spaces for collaboration between people who want to support and invest in optimistic projects with those who are developing them.

Promote blockchain learning through the use of tools that Optimism & Base offers us to develop.

Share material in Spanish and organize calls to practice English thanks to our English Networking Club (ENC).

Give feedback to projects developed in any blockchain, always from the user and Product side, which is my area of expertise.

My opinion about the Optimistic Vision: I think the Optimism ecosystem and its Governance are equitable. They all share a common vision, something that I always defend "Impact = benefit" for everything and I will always keep that in mind in every activity I carry out in the ecosystem.
My opinion on the first three articles of the Labor Constitution:
I agree with the first 3 articles. I greatly emphasize the power of governance, until now it is structured under good regulations, goals, laws that govern a healthy ecosystem that is built day by day by the people who make it up. Decentralization is the step that should always be taken into account when voting, working and life in general.

Esta es una de las frases que siempre tengo conmigo, en cada actividad que realizo y pensar así me ha llevado a descubrir tantas oportunidades las cuales soy capaz de aprovechar y alcanzarlas.
Soy Liliop.eth de Latinoamérica, Product Manager en el Ecosistema Financiero con más de 2 años en cripto. Women Biz Team, constructor en Base "Onchain Summer". Prev Embajadora de Talent Protocol.
Desde que tengo memoria siempre me ha gustado pertenecer a comunidades que buscan un propósito trascendental, es decir hacer el bien es lo fundamental, por eso me atrae mucho la visión común que Optimismo tiene en su ecosistema, porque "Impacto y beneficio" son palabras poderosas que expresan en una simple palabra para mí "oportunidades" ya que todo esfuerzo, dedicación y perseverancia merece ser reconocido en la comunidad.
Con Women Biz fuimos reconocidas como la comunidad de mujeres emprendedoras latinas con mayor presencia en el Perú, recibiendo RetroPGF 2 como proyecto de Bienes Públicos. Hasta el momento tenemos más de 1k mujeres emprendedoras en nuestro canal principal y muchas de ellas se identifican con nosotros porque siempre comentamos la descentralización que ofrece Optimism y también por las diferentes acciones que realizan como colectivo. Organizamos el primer Bootcamp dedicado 100% a la enseñanza sobre Blockchain, DeFi, NFT´s, Gobernanza y Optimism Colective. También organizamos el primer Latina Blockchain Hackathon donde las chicas se involucraron desarrollando proyectos relacionados con Educación, DeFi, Gaming y más. Estuve participando como mentor de muchos equipos y me di cuenta de que mis habilidades como Product Manager y Optimism Governance me hacen apto para dar retroalimentación como user tester en muchos proyectos.
La transparencia, la perseverancia y el apoyo de la comunidad me harán una persona que vele por los objetivos y visión de Optimism, sin duda es un desafío que siempre quise asumir. Me gusta involucrarme en Gobernanza y bienes públicos, también creo fielmente en el poder de la descentralización en el mundo web3, un ejemplo claro con Women Biz fue que hicimos un evento web3 en diferentes ciudades del Perú.

Las principales razones por las que me animo a postularme como delegado de @Optimism son:
- Incrementar el número de participación de builders (y si son Latinxs, mucho mejor) en hackathons, buildathons, Onchain Summer, Bootcamps y eventos relacionados con web3 en todo el mundo.
- Dar visibilidad al trabajo (arte, teatro, cocina, finanzas, diseño, etc.) de más personas con opciones de crecimiento desfavorables.
- Crear espacios de colaboración entre personas que quieran apoyar e invertir en proyectos optimistas con quienes los están desarrollando.
- Promover el aprendizaje blockchain mediante el uso de herramientas que Optimism & Base nos ofrece para desarrollar.
- Compartir material en español y organizar llamadas para practicar inglés gracias a nuestro English Networking Club (ENC).
- Dar feedback a proyectos desarrollados en cualquier Blockchain, siempre desde el lado del usuario y del Producto, que es mi área de especialización.

Mi opinión sobre la Visión Optimista: Creo que el ecosistema Optimism y su Gobernanza son equitativos. Todos comparten una visión común, algo que siempre defiendo “Impacto = beneficio” para todo y eso siempre lo tendré presente en cada actividad que realice en el ecosistema.
Mi opinión sobre los tres primeros artículos de la Constitución del Trabajo:
Estoy de acuerdo con los primeros 3 artículos. Hago mucho énfasis en el poder de la gobernanza, hasta ahora se estructura bajo buenas regulaciones, metas, leyes que rigen un ecosistema sano que se construye día a día por las personas que lo integran. La descentralización es el paso que siempre se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de votar, trabajar y la vida en general.
